How do I claim a deal?+
Open a deal and tap Claim. You'll get a redemption code to show at the business, and you earn points for exploring.
What are routes and experiences?+
Curated multi-stop plans (Date Night, Weekend Adventures and more) that bundle nearby spots into one ready-to-go outing.
How do points and rewards work?+
You earn points as you explore and claim deals. Points unlock rewards in the Rewards Vault, funded by participating businesses.
Businesses
How do I get my business on Biz Buds?+
Create a business account from Sign Up, then set up your profile, deals and tools from your Business dashboard.
What tools do businesses get?+
Deals, partner collaborations, a selfie kiosk for lead capture, analytics, and a wholesale marketplace to buy and distribute.
How much does it cost?+
There's a free plan to get started; paid business plans and any platform fees are shown before you subscribe. See Business Terms.
Ambassadors & Community Partners
How do ambassadors earn?+
Ambassadors earn referral bonuses and recurring commissions on qualifying, active referrals. Exact amounts are confirmed at onboarding — see the Ambassador Agreement.
Who are Community Partners?+
Cities, parks and organizations that publish local attractions, trails, courts and events so residents and visitors can find them.
Subscriptions, privacy & support
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?+
Open Membership in your account to view your plan and benefits. Store purchases are managed in your App Store or Google Play account. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How is my data handled?+
We explain what we collect and why in our Privacy Policy, and you can delete your account any time from the Account Deletion page.
