Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Biz Buds mobile app and website (the “Service”), operated by Garden Bros Tech LLC (“Garden Bros Tech”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your location) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date, including for business and ambassador accounts.

User content

You retain ownership of the content you post (stories, photos, videos, comments, reviews, deals, and messages). By posting, you grant Garden Bros Tech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service so we can operate features you use. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.

Acceptable use and zero tolerance for objectionable content

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post or do anything that:

• is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or violent;
• impersonates another person or business, or is fraudulent, spammy, or misleading;
• infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy;
• attempts to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.

Reported content is reviewed and objectionable content is removed, and offending accounts may be suspended or banned, typically within 24 hours. See our Community Guidelines.

Subscriptions and payments

• Biz Buds offers optional paid subscriptions. Prices and features are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payments are processed and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds are handled under the applicable store’s policies.

Business, deals, and partnerships

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the deals, offers, and information they publish and for honoring them. Garden Bros Tech is a platform that connects users and businesses; we are not a party to transactions between them and are not responsible for the goods, services, or offers provided by businesses.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or to protect the Service and its users.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garden Bros Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
