Business Terms

These Business Terms apply to businesses and their authorized representatives who use Biz Buds business features. They supplement our Terms of Service. By activating a business account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be authorized to represent the business you register.
• Business information (name, location, category, hours, offers) must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Verification may be required before certain features or badges are enabled.

Deals, offers & kiosk

• You are responsible for honoring the deals and offers you publish and for their accuracy and legality.
• Kiosk and lead-capture tools must be used with proper consent and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
• You must not publish misleading, unlawful, or infringing content.

Collaborations & distribution

Collaborations and wholesale/distribution transactions are agreements between the participating businesses. Biz Budsprovides the tools to connect and transact; the businesses are responsible for fulfilling their own commitments, pricing, inventory, shipping, and applicable taxes. Payments processed through the platform are subject to the terms shown at checkout and to our payment processor's terms.

Business plan pricing and any platform or marketplace fees are shown before you subscribe or transact. See our Subscription Terms.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate a business account that violates these terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
