Ambassador Agreement

This Ambassador Agreement governs participation in the Biz Buds ambassador program. It applies to individuals approved as ambassadors and supplements our Terms of Service. Exact commission amounts, bonuses, and payout schedules are confirmed during onboarding and shown in your ambassador dashboard.

Role

• Ambassadors introduce local businesses and users to Biz Buds using their unique referral links and codes.
• Ambassadors are independent participants, not employees, of Garden Bros Tech LLC.
• Ambassadors must represent Biz Buds honestly and must not make misleading claims.

Commissions & bonuses

• Referral bonuses and recurring commissions are earned on qualifying, active referrals as described at onboarding.
• A referral must be genuine; self-referrals, fraud, and incentivized fake sign-ups are not eligible and may void earnings.
• Commissions are calculated on net amounts actually collected and retained by Biz Buds.

Payouts, holds & chargebacks

• Payouts are made through our third-party payments provider once you complete the required onboarding and verification.
• Earnings may be held for a review period and may be reversed if the underlying transaction is refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent.
• Minimum payout thresholds and schedules are shown in your dashboard.

Taxes

Ambassadors are responsible for their own taxes on amounts earned. Where required, we (or our payments provider) may collect tax information and issue tax forms. We never store full government IDs directly; identity and tax details are handled by our verified payments provider.

Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or remove an ambassador for violating this agreement, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
