How we handle intellectual property and infringement notices.

Garden Bros Tech LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects users of Biz Buds to do the same. This policy explains ownership of content and how to report claimed infringement.
Ownership
- The Biz Buds name, logo, and app are the property of Garden Bros Tech LLC and may not be used without permission.
- Users and businesses retain rights to the content they post but grant Biz Buds a license to display and distribute it within the service.
- You must have the rights to any content, photos, logos, or trademarks you upload.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on Biz Buds infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to support@bizbuds.com including:
- Your contact information.
- A description of the work or mark you claim is infringed.
- The location (link or screenshot) of the material on Biz Buds.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and that the information is accurate.
Our response
We review valid notices and may remove or disable the reported content and, where appropriate, act against repeat infringers. Submitting a knowingly false claim may carry legal consequences.
